Fast cooling and freezing

In the production of foodstuffs in meat processing plants or bakeries, as well as in the manufacture of finished products, goods are rapidly cooled down or frozen using the modern CABERO evaporators, air coolers and shock-freezers. A low heat input into the cooling chamber during defrosting, as well as short defrosting times and longer defrosting cycles are decisive aspects of this technology - with simultaneously reduced frost or ice formation.
